International architecture firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) announced the opening of Hysan Place, a LEED Platinum pre-certified landmark located in the heart of Hong Kong’s prime shopping mecca, Causeway Bay. It is the first Hong Kong building to be pre-certified LEED Platinum.
Developed by the area’s largest commercial landlord, Hysan, the project is the first Grade-A office building introduced to Causeway Bay in 15 years, and is configured above 17 floors of retail in a vibrant mixed-use development. The 36-storey, mixed-use office and retail building, with four additional levels of basement and a gross floor area totaling around 710,000-sf. +
