CHARLOTTE, N.C. - WGM Design, Inc., a full-service architectural and land planning firm in uptown Charlotte, has been selected to develop a property master plan at Benedictine Military School in Savannah, Ga.

Benedictine, located on 90 acres of land in the geographic center of the Savannah region, is an all boy's high school that stresses academics, problem solving, leadership and personal responsibility in a Catholic educational environment.

WGM Design, Inc., will work closely with Steelwood, Inc., a real estate consulting firm, to determine if any of the school's property can be utilized for commercial development that would create a financial endowment for Benedictine.

Matt Spiva, the President of Steelwood, Inc., says "the creative master planning by WGM Design allows the full utilization of the property for the highest and best land uses in the market while still preserving land for the expansion of the school campus."

WGM Design, Inc., (www.wgmdesign.com) integrates its knowledge of master planning, building design, interior design and graphic design with its commitment to environmentally-friendly design solutions to create places to learn, places to worship, places to work and places to live. During its 20-year history, WGM Design has provided thoughtful, practical and provocative designs that meaningfully impact the lives and communities of its clients.
