I didn't receive any instructions on how to access the webcast.
Reminder emails with instructions are sent to registrants about one week prior to the webcast. To access the webcast, you will return to the page where you registered and your login will be the email you supplied when you registered. To find the webcast you are looking for, click here. We encourage you to login 15 minutes prior to the event to make sure your computer is optimized for streaming audio and video. Webcasts are best experienced using Windows Media Player or Real Media Player.
I am having trouble viewing or hearing the webcast. Where can I get help? You can find answers to technical issues here or by calling us directly at 630.288.8119. Most technical issues can be resolved by closing the webcast screen and logging in again.Can I get a PDF of the webcast slides for viewing after the webcast?
Yes, a PDF document of the webcast slides is available immediately after each webcast airs. The document(s) can be accessed from the webcast information pages found here. Feel free to review these slides to prepare for the CEU exam.
I can't make it to the live webcast, can I watch it later?
Yes, webcasts will be archived for 90 days after broadcast. You can login to the webcast through the registration page with the email address you supplied when you registered. Click here to find the webcast you are looking for.
How long can I view the webcast in archive?
The webcast will be archived for 90 days.
Can I purchase a CD-ROM of the webcast?
Currently we do not have an option to purchase webcasts, but we will be starting to sell CD-ROM copies of webcasts in early 2005.
Can I watch the webcast in a group?
Yes, you can watch the webcast in a group, although we recommend having all viewers register so that they are able to login on their own time and view the webcast in archive.
Where can I find the websites that were mentioned during the webcast?
The websites and products mentioned in each webcast are viewable on the Resource Links page of each webcast. Click here to access the Resource Links for the webcast you are looking for.
Where can I find the CEU examination?
You can find the CEU exam on the left side of the webcast screen or on the information page of the webcast. Click here to find the webcast you are looking for.
I'm having technical difficulties taking the CEU exam. How do I get help?
If you are having trouble re-taking a CEU exam, it could be that the page has blocked you out. Simply open your browser, Click on Tools, then Internet Options. There should be a button that says "Delete cookies". Clicking this will allow you to re-enter the exam page. If you took the test and forgot to submit your contact information, please email the information to Bertha Podgorny.
Will my CEU exam score be sent to AIA or do I need to submit it myself?
Once we receive your score through the exam, we will submit the information to AIA directly and send you a certificate. There is no need to submit it yourself.
Can I take the CEU exam more than once?
Yes, you are able to take the exam as many times as you wish. If you are having trouble re-entering the test page, click here for instructions.
If I watched the webcast in a group, do I have to register to receive CEU credits?
We match your registration with your CEU exam for AIA reporting, so we require registration to the webcast to receive CEU credit. Click here to find and register for webcasts.
