Jones Lang LaSalle—a global commercial real estate firm—announced a merger with King Sturge LLP—an international property consultancy—at the end of last month. Under transaction terms, Jones Lang LaSalle will pay $319 million to the partners of King Sturge.
All King Sturge businesses across Europe will become part of Jones Lang LaSalle and operate under its brand beginning immediately. The merger is expected to bolster overall service delivery capabilities.
