RE/MAX opens its shiny new headquarters in Denver

Aug. 11, 2010

National real estate giant RE/MAX International has opened its 14-story, 259,000-sf headquarters in Denver. The office complex, which also includes a 288,000-sf parking garage, was built under an aggressive, 18-month schedule by the local office of The Weitz Co., Des Moines, Iowa. The elliptical-shaped headquarters features a fitness center, a 9,000-sf, 96-seat auditorium beneath the lobby, and a 15,000-sf television studio, where RE/MAX broadcasts special programming and training to its worldwide franchises. Swanson Rink, Denver, provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-alarm engineering services.
