The Dream Downtown Hotel, designed by Handel Architects LLP and built by McGowan Builders, offers full-service luxury accommodations inside a modernist faÁade. With custom curtain walls, round windows, and beach club cabanas, the getaway spot makes the most of its urban location.
Loft-inspired guestrooms and suites, a landscaped outdoor terrace with heated pool, and lobby restaurant and lounge round out this 316-room, $98 million hotel. A suspended pool with transparent bottom above the restaurant imbues the space with ethereal light. Topping off the design is an expansive rooftop lounge with views of the city’s skyline.
