Traveling 'Glass Studio' goes on the road

Aug. 11, 2010

A new visual tool from Guardian helps architects evaluate how different types of glass will look once installed in a project. Guardian's “SunGuard Build with Light” glass studio enables designers to evaluate SunGuard architectural glass under various light conditions. The studio simulates natural daylight and shows how the appearance of glass changes when viewed in transmitted and reflected light. “The studio gives you a very good sense of what the glass would look like in place,” said Gene Schuler, principal, BSA LifeStructures Architects and Engineers.
