Rubber flooring has Beijing's 'Water Cube' covered

Aug. 11, 2010

A landmark of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the National Aquatics Center, commonly known as the “Water Cube,” features more than 107,000 sf of noraplan mega rubber flooring in the corridors and high-traffic areas, offering comfort underfoot as well as safety, maintenance, and wear-resistant properties important to athletes and visitors to the site. The Greenguard-certified flooring does not contain PVC or halogens, never needs waxing or sealing, and features a dense, nonporous surface that resists dirt and stains.
