Save energy by illuminating stairwells and corridors only when they are occupied
Infrequently occupied areas such as stairwells and corridors can be energy hogs because the lights are needlessly left on 24/7. Occu-Smart bi-level light fixtures can reduce energy costs by illuminating these spaces only when necessary. The fixture features a built-in motion sensor and provides two levels of illumination: full output for when the space is occupied and code-minimum, standby illumination for when the space is empty. Users can set standby illumination at one of four light levels—5%, 10%, 20%, or 30%. An adjustable time delay allows users to customize each fixture to delay dimming from five to 30 minutes.
