SuperNeutral 54 allows 54% light transmission and has a solar heat gain coefficient of 0.28, meaning it blocks 72% of solar energy. According to an independent survey, the coating can save as much as $4/sf of glazing in construction and ongoing energy costs compared to traditional low-e glass.
