Hollister Construction Services, a leading full-service general contractor and construction manager specializing in corporate, educational, healthcare, industrial and retail construction, announced today that it has been retained by Onyx Equities to oversee the renovation of 30 Montgomery Avenue, a 292,000-square-foot office building located in downtown Jersey City, N.J.
Designed by architectural firm TSC Design, the project will see Hollister renovate the building’s interior, including the elevator, lobbies and corridors on seven floors, as well as the building’s exterior façade and surrounding sidewalk. Additionally, the work will involve the installation of millwork panels and vaulted ceilings.
Hollister, with the team of Project Manager Ryan Kranich and Superintendent Chris Kohler, has been tasked with completing the intricate project during regular business hours in a working building. BD+C
