Herzog & de Meuron have released renderings of their new $250 million New York building, a 12-story condominium with 88 luxury apartments.
The structure features a curved concrete and glass facade and will be located at 156 Leroy Street. This will be the firm's third New York project in recent years and follows another condo project with a concrete facade, Arch Daily reports.
Located on Manhattan's West Side, the new condominiums are the latest in a series of attempts to upgrade the area. The project is set for completion in 2017.
