The Center for Construction Research and Training made available a guide to help employers understand the medical monitoring requirements in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's silica standard for the construction industry.
The guide addressingĀ 29 CFR Ā§1926.1153 Respirable Crystalline SilicaĀ gives advice on how employers can set up the program for their employees. OSHA began fully enforcing the rule onĀ Oct. 23.

EPA Says Additional Lead Paint Cleaning Rules Not Necessary
