Priorities between age groups are different in some ways, but still remain the same in others, as this infographic from John Burns Real Estate Consulting shows.
Building Teams across the country, whether building apartments, condos, or gated communities, may want to consider how close restaurants, grocery stores, and walking trails are to their projects. If your desired tenants are Boomers, you'll want to see if a yoga/pilates center is nearby. Generation Y, however, would prefer a dog park.
