Goody Clancy awarded Ohio State residential project

Goody Clancy, in collaboration with Elkus Manfredi Architects, has been awarded the planning and phase 1 services for The Ohio State University North Residential District Transformation.

The project, which is focused on developing a vibrant on-campus community of learning for OSU undergraduates, is anticipated to set new benchmarks in cost efficiency, approach to sustainability, and transforming the undergraduate experience through new housing and programs designed to increase undergraduate retention on campus, engagement and academic success. Attendees will be given an exclusive technical tour of Wrigley Field, led by Steven J. Jacobsen, CDP, who has been retained by the Chicago Cubs to create the business plan and high-level concepts to evaluate the feasibility of various renovation options for this iconic sports venue; and Carl Rice, Cubs’ Vice President, Baseball Operations.
