1. Make sure you are eligible. Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of August 31, 2024, to be eligible.
2. Fill in the required fields below (Note: you will NOT receive a confirmation email. You will see a confirmation page once you click "submit.")
3. Review our "Frequently Asked Questions" and "How to Win Tips Sheet" for more information on the personal statement and supporting materials.
4. Submit a personal statement and supporting materials VIA EMAIL to [email protected] and [email protected]. These are DUE by MAY 17, 2024.
