The luxury waterfront condo building will include 192 units in a 57-story building near high-end retail destinations and cultural venues. Floor slabs will be cantilevered to create a rhythmic façade design.
in addition to Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, the building team will include French interior design firm PYR and landscape architect Raymond Jungles. Amenities will include a clubroom with extensive outdoor terrace; a business center; an oceanfront resort deck with a pool, cabanas, and hot tub; a teen's tech lounge and children's playroom; a health and wellness center; and a juice bar. Residences will range from 1,400 to 10,500 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Premium properties include six "Sky Villas" with double-height living areas, and two penthouses.
