Real estate developer Fortune International has released details of its new Jade Signature property, to be developed in Sunny Isles Beach near Miami, Fla. The luxury waterfront condo building will include 192 units in a 57-story building near high-end retail destinations and cultural venues. Floor slabs will be cantilevered to create a rhythmic façade design.
in addition to Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, the building team will include French interior design firm PYR and landscape architect Raymond Jungles. Amenities will include a clubroom with extensive outdoor terrace; a business center; an oceanfront resort deck with a pool, cabanas, and hot tub; a teen's tech lounge and children's playroom; a health and wellness center; and a juice bar. Residences will range from 1,400 to 10,500 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Premium properties include six "Sky Villas" with double-height living areas, and two penthouses.
The gallery below gives a sense of the architect's plan.
