Eidco Construction bolsters Chicago office

Eidco Construction recently added Bradley Peterson and Larry Vivoda to its team. Both will serve as senior project managers for the company.

Peterson, who has worked on the project management side of commercial construction for over 15 years with experience in a variety of project types, was most recently Vice President of Commercial Construction for Phoenix Construction Consultants. In that role, he successfully managed various office development, tenant improvement, institutional and retail projects. Throughout his career, Peterson has managed projects for clients such as Motorola, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Circuit City.

In his new role, Vivoda is responsible for overseeing construction projects for Eidco. Within this capacity, he primarily specializes in retail and hospitality construction. He has over 26 years of experience in construction management and, during his career, has built everything from a four-lane divided highway to a 17-story 411-room four-star hotel. Most recently, Vivoda served as VP of Construction at Mid America Development Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for the planning, bidding, scheduling and the execution of all the new and renovated retail construction. Silver Cross became one of the first hospitals to install patient tracking software so families know where a patient is at all times. New communication equipment supports wireless voice and data networks throughout the hospital, providing access to patients and their families while freeing clinicians to use phones and computers where needed instead of based on location.

Summit Design+Build selected as GC for Chicago restaurant

Little Goat will truly be a multifunctional space. Construction plans include stripping the 10,000 sq. ft. building down to the bare structure everywhere, the installation of a new custom elevator and adding square footage at the second floor with an addition.
