The newly-opened headquarters of Dr. Phillips Charities, a 20,000-sf Mediterranean-style facility designed by SchenkelShultz Architecture, received LEED Silver certification from the USGBC.
The building incorporates sustainable design features, environmentally-friendly building products, energy efficient systems, and environmentally sensitive construction practices. Located in the heart of the community that bears its name, the two-story building houses the charities’ real estate and grant divisions, as well as its purchasing and accounting departments.
Brasfield & Gorrie served as construction manager for the project. +
