The Luna Lounge & Nightclub in Pomona, Calif., was completed December 31, just in time for New Yearās celebrations. The Orange County, Calif., firm NKDDI designed the 22,000-sf facility to be a high-end multipurpose event space that can transition from restaurant to lounge to nightclub to music venue. The custom interior includes sunken spaces, raised platforms, intimate seating, and open spaces. The Lounge Room, below, contrasts dark wood with white tiles and has a 16-foot-tall movable oak wall that can close off the space completely. An outdoor patio features custom white seating pods.
