Gilbane Building Company’s Houston, TX office welcomes Adam Delk, a 15-year project management veteran specializing in healthcare. Delk will lead the Southwest region’s new business efforts in the healthcare and higher education markets.
In his previous role as a principal consultant with KLMK, a healthcare program management firm, Delk was responsible for establishing the company’s presence in the Southwest region. He has worked with some of the area’s premier healthcare programs, including Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Christus Health. Prior to KLMK, Delk served as owner and founder of Delk Construction Management Services, where he worked with owners of commercial construction projects to facilitate project delivery and ensure goals were achieved.
