Eidco Construction announced that Scott Deliberto has joined the firm as a site superintendent.
Prior to joining Eidco, Deliberto was a project manager/superintendent for Metropolitan Properties of Chicago, where he worked on numerous projects including the adaptive reuse of The Metropolitan Tower, a 242-unit residence, and a 13,600-sf retail assignment with Chase bank and a restaurant, among others. His vast responsibilities included managing the general contractor, sub contractors, architect, structural engineer, and developer to deliver projects, coordinating the development of future projects, contract negotiations, as well as mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction project management, strategic planning, resource acquisition and allocation.
Deliberto has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and an associate’s degree in electronics/technical management from DeVry Institute of Technology. His affiliations include Project Management Institute and American Management Association. +
