CSM Group is pleased to welcome Scott Comerford as a senior project manager.

Comerford’s responsibilities include directing and verifying contract compliance by the trade contractors to ensure the owner’s expectations are met in respect to a quality finished project. He will also act as a liaison and point of contact between the clients, architects, and subcontractors.

As a senior project manager, his duties will also entail quality assurance and control, trade contractor pre-qualification, review of project documents, scheduling, submittal approvals, and tracking. BD+C
