Gilbane is pleased to welcome Diane Cramer to its New York City office. Diane has worked as a leader in the construction industry for over 30 years, helping New York City construction and architecture firms to develop marketing plans and business strategies and forecast new work. In her new role as business development manager at Gilbane, Cramer will be responsible for expanding client relationships and satisfaction in the New York region.

Cramer joins Gilbane from B.R. Fries & Associates where she served as the Vice President of Client Relations, and prior to that, as the Chief of Staff for the NYC Department of Buildings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Elmira College and serves on both the Dinner Committee for the Special Olympics NY Real Estate, Design & Construction Gala and as co-chair of the SHARE Pink & Teal Real Estate, Design & Construction Reception. +
