O’Fallon Park Recreation Complex in St. Louis, designed by local architecture/engineering firm KAI Design & Build, will feature an indoor aquatic park with interactive water play features, a lazy river, water slides, laps lanes, and an outdoor spray and multiuse pool. The fitness center will feature a gymnasium with two basketball courts, an indoor track, a 5,776-sf fitness and weight room, and aerobics rooms. The two-story building also will have multi-purpose rooms and an indoor/outdoor dining area for community activities. KAI also designed the complex’s sister facility in south St. Louis, completed in 2009. Both projects were designed to meet LEED Silver requirements.
