Clayco has recently started construction on PALMtower, a 28-story residential tower located in downtown Phoenix at 440 East Van Buren Street. Will Bruder Architects designed the building in collaboration with LJC.

The 481,980-sf building will comprise 352 apartment units and six floors of above ground parking with 370 spaces and 120 spots for bike parking. A 17,500-sf seventh floor amenity level includes an outdoor pool and an indoor-outdoor common space. The exterior cladding will be comprised of glass and metal paneling meant to showcase true urban living with a unique and high-end facade.

In addition to Will Bruder Architects, LJC, and Clayco, the build team also includes American Development Group (developer), Dibble (civil engineering), BASE (structural engineering), and Peterson Associates (MEPFP). The project is slated for completion in early 2024.
