A multisport community facility in Nashville featuring a training facility that will meet NCAA Division I standards is being constructed by St. Louis-based Clayco and Chicago-based Pinnacle. The $9 million project, designed by Forum Studio, St. Louis, is located in E.S. Rose Park, a site that’s being redeveloped to serve the city’s Edgehill neighborhood and the adjacent Carter Lawrence Elementary School and Rose Park Middle School. The project will have a 750-seat baseball facility, a 300-seat track and soccer facility, a 250-seat softball facility, and a 5,150-sf training center with exercise room and concession area. Local firm Alper Audi is the structural engineer.
