Chicago-based Clayco recently announced it will expand into South Carolina with a new office in downtown Greenville. The office will be located in the One building at 2 West Washington Street.
Clayco has completed nearly $500 million worth of projects in the state in recent years. Recently, the firm completed a carbon fiber process plant and has several projects currently underway, including the construction of a 500,000-sf speculative warehouse for subsidiary Clayco Realty Group (CRG) in Spartanburg County.
Our new South Carolina location is a natural step in the continued growth of our industrial business, and for our overall enterprise,” says Clayco Executive Vice President and Industrial Business Unit Leader Anthony Johnson in a release. “We believe in the economic growth potential in this region, and we believe this move presents the opportunity for Clayco to attract and invest in the region’s top talent.”
Clayco offers integrated services including construction, real estate, design, procurement, and self-performed concrete.
