The Chicago Public Schools recently introduced the Lend Lease team, with teammates DSR Group, SPAAN Tech, Primera Engineers, Comprehensive Construction Consultants and Rubinos & Mesia, as the new Construction Manager for their Capital Improvement Program.
Under this Capital Improvement Program, the Lend Lease team will be responsible for renovation and life safety work at over 100 Chicago Public Schools across the City.
The contract is for a 21-month assignment with three 1-year renewals. +
