DECA CAMPERDOWN
Deca Camperdown takes urban apartment living to new heights. The 10-story, high-rise apartment community features luxurious 10′ ceilings as well as Kawneer’s 2000T Terrace Doors leading to balconies that provide residents with unparalleled views of the city’s skyline.
Deca Camperdown’s amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness studio, yoga lawn, pool with a sundeck and resort-style seating, community workspace, conference room, pet spa and grooming salon. With multiple retail and dining locations situated on the ground level, Deca adds to Camperdown’s mission of being an upscale neighborhood where Greenville residents can live, work and play.
Deca, like many multifamily buildings, is no exception in its preference for natural light. Kawneer’s MetroView® FG 501T Window Wall was utilized in the project to provide residents with light-filled apartments and floor-to-ceiling views on every level.

- The building designers desired a high-performing window wall system that could provide residents with exceptional views of the city’s skyline.

- The team decided to make changes to Kawneer’s standard EOS cover to allow for more adjustment and adaptation to our MetroView® FG 501T Window Wall System to meet the project specifications.

FALLS TOWER
The 17-story Falls Tower is a mixed-use facility within Camperdown that features seven floors of office space, over 33,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, one floor of conference space and 18 condominium units on the top five floors of the building.
Standing as the second tallest building in downtown Greenville, Falls Tower features a variety of Kawneer’s sustainable, high-performing architectural aluminum systems that promote energy efficiency and occupant well-being.

AC HOTEL GREENVILLE
AC Hotel Greenville is a state-of-the-art hotel within the Camperdown development that was built with the goal of elevating the guest experience in hospitality.
Positioned at the corner of Broad Street and Main Street in downtown Greenville, the hotel features a well-designed lobby area, flex spaces, five restaurants and a rooftop bar, all curated with local art.
AC Hotel Greenville enables community gatherings and provides the perfect space for events and concerts.

CHALLENGES
- The AC Hotel building owner desired to set new design standards and elevate the guest experience in hospitality.
- The hotel needed to be able to withstand the rigors of constant use by guests, employees and visitors.
- Although the project was designed by a different architect than Falls Tower and Deca Camperdown, AC Hotel Greenville needed to integrate harmoniously with the other developments.
