Cadence McShane was the contractor for the 320,000-sf Broadway Chapter Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas.

Cadence McShane Construction Company received first place in the 2022 TEXO Distinguished Building Award in the General Contractor – Residential Multifamily 1 ($0 - $150M) category for the Broadway Chapter Apartments project. The project was selected based on these criteria:

  • Difficulty in construction resulting from design, location, and materials
  • Unusual construction techniques involved
  • Final appearance and quality of the finished product
  • Timeliness of completion

Broadway Chapter Apartments was designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative. 

Cadence McShane Construction Company's Broadway Chapter Apartments project is located in Fort Worth Texas and was designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, built on behalf of CRG Real Estate Solutions. The community features 4,500 square feet of common space and consists of a state-of-the-art fitness studio, coffee bar, library, lounge, and Zoom rooms. Outside amenities include an infinity edge pool, a recreational area, dog run, outdoor grilling areas, fire pit, and sun deck.

The 320,000-sf complex offers units in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. Each apartment has oversized windows that allow views of downtown Fort Worth.
