The editors of Building Design+Construction and Multifamily Pro+ were honored last week with a 2024 Jesse H. Neal Award for editorial excellence for their work on the “2023 Multifamily Annual Report.” The 76-page special report, published last October, won the Neal Award for Best Subject-Related Package.
With this award, BD+C’s editorial team now has a total of 33 Neal Awards in its collection of honors.
The 70th annual Neal Awards competition is sponsored and hosted by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). Widely regarded as the highest honor in business journalism, the award recognizes journalistic enterprise, service to the industry, and editorial craftsmanship.

Project's mixed materials downplay massing
Philadelphia-based KlingStubbins provided design services for the 120,000-sf Carnegie Center, which is part of the 103-acre mixed-use Carnegie Center West development in West Windsor Township, N.J. Florida Gulf Coast University is building a $7.55 million Fine Arts Building on its campus near Ft. Myers, Fla.
