The Modular Building Institute’s Awards of Distinction program recognizes the best in commercial modular building design and construction.

Judges scored entries on architectural excellence, technical innovation, cost effectiveness, energy efficiency, and calendar days to complete. Marketing efforts were judged on strategy, implementation, and quantifiable results. Building Design+Construction’s Robert Cassidy served on the marketing panel.
