Rhett C. Partin, MBA, MHA, FACHE joined the West Point, Ga. office of Batson-Cook as Vice President of Business Development. Partin will lead Batson-Cook’s efforts to earn new business while continuing to serve the company’s existing clients in the commercial marketplace.

Bringing a successful track record of relationship building within the healthcare industry, Partin will expand his focus into additional sectors including hospitality, education, specialty, office and more.

Partin joins Batson-Cook after a six-year tenure as the Vice President and Executive Director of the Center for Rural Health of the Georgia Hospital Association (GHa), where he represented the interests of 120 small rural hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. His role involved regulatory, financial, and operational advisement to member CEOs as well as membership advocacy on legislative and policy matters.  He has been instrumental in passing numerous State legislative and policy provisions that improved facilities throughout Georgia.
