It is designedā€”by Perkins and Willā€™s Washington D.C. office, in collaboration with the Turkish firm Yazgan Design Architectureā€”to meet ASCE 41 ā€œImmediate Occupancyā€ seismic performance objective under a rare earthquake event."

The project includes amenities such as a fitness area, theater room, community rooms, computer rooms, a gazebo, and outdoor spaces spread across approximately five acres of landscape and hardscape."

Nonresidential construction spending decreased 0.2% in June

National nonresidential construction spending declined 0.2% in June, according to an Associated Builders and Contractors analysis of data published today by the U.S. Census Bureau. On a seasonally adjusted annualized basis, nonresidential spending totaled $1.21 trillion. Nonresidential construction has expanded 5.3% from a year ago.
