Having already earned LEED-CS Gold, the new 45,000-sf International Financial Bank headquarters in Miami will bring rentable office and retail space to an already successful financial market. A 135-space parking garage will aid employee commutes, while most of the seven-story building will house prime business space.
Conveniently located near Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the international airport, the headquarters will be clad in missile-impact-resistant glass for protection against hurricanes and tropical storms. The Rilea Group is overseeing construction, while Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe and Associates spearhead architectural design.
