BD+C editors are now accepting submissions for the annual 75 Top Building Products awards. The winners will be featured in the November/December 2024 issue of Building Design+Construction.

The winners will be featured in the November/December 2024 issue of Building Design+Construction.

Each year, the Building Design+Construction editorial team evaluates the vast universe of new and updated products, materials, and systems for the U.S. building design and construction market. The best-of-the-best products make up our annual 75 Top Building Products report.

Products are selected based on their level of innovation and overall usefulness to the industry.

The 75 Top Building Products competition is accepting submissions from all building product manufacturers serving the U.S./Canada commercial buildings market (commercial, institutional, industrial, and multifamily buildings).

Product submissions will be evaluated by a jury of practicing architects, specifiers, engineers, and construction professionals, as well as the BD+C editorial team. The winners will be featured in the November/December 2024 issue of Building Design+Construction.

The editors are accepting new/updated products in the following categories: 

  • Building envelope
  • Building systems
  • Glass and glazing
  • Interior products
  • Plumbing products
  • Structural products 
  • Windows and doors 
  • Miscellaneous

ENTRY GUIDELINES:
Submission are due August 2, 2024. 
Please complete the online form to enter a product, and then email product images to dbarista@sgcmail.com.  
Product manufacturers can submit up to three (3) products. There is no cost to enter. 
Products MUST be new or updated within the past 15 months (so after April 2023).   
Photo guidelines: The jury will accept up to five photos for each product submission (gif, jpg, jpeg, png). Ideal size: 4x5 inches at 300 dpi. Images cannot contain product logos or watermarks. Please email image(s) to dbarista@sgcmail.com. 
Product submissions must be submitted individually (please do not group multiple submissions together).
