Casino expansion includes hotel and fine-dining restaurant in Tucson

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe has completed a new 161,000-sf, $130 million hotel, spa, and convention center in Tucson, Ariz. The facilities add 215 new luxury hotel rooms and a conference center with 2,000-person capacity to the existing Casino Del Sol. A fine-dining steakhouse, lobby lounge and bar, and full spa with outdoor pool and sundeck, exercise facilities, a warehouse, and a four-level covered parking garage with room for 1,100 vehicles are also featured. The Building Team included Leo A Daly (architecture and engineering) and McCarthy Building Companies (GC).
