BQE Software Inc. announced today that it will provide two free licenses of ArchiOffice Online, a cloud-based office and project management software, to every startup architectural firm for a full year.

In order to qualify, firms must have been established within 24 months of requesting licenses. Additionally, startup architectural firms who have active members of professional associations listed below qualify for a free two-year subscription.

“At BQE, we understand the hardships the startup community goes through,” said Shafat Qazi, CEO and Founder of BQE Software. “Besides compensating for financial difficulties, many startup architectural firms forgo or rely on subpar software that actually hurts their business. We know it’s very important for architects to start using the right software so that they can develop good work habits that increase their profits and productivity early on. Our mission is to empower startup architectural firms with a robust tool that will help them thrive and succeed in this competitive economy.”

“As an architect myself, I remember the pains and struggles of starting a new firm with limited resources,” said Steven Burns, FAIA, Chief Creative Officer of BQE Software. “Architects naturally want to design and produce great architecture, not spend time on business management. By using ArchiOffice for free, young firms can rest assured that their business is being taken care of, leaving them with more time to work on projects and strengthen client relationships. With fully secure backups and no additional hardware to worry about, every startup architectural firm can take advantage of this great opportunity and position themselves for success in the future.”

This offer is currently available only for companies registered in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all European countries. Startup firms can go to www.bqe.com/Startups to receive their free licenses for one year.

In order to receive an additional year for free, architects must provide proof of membership in any of the following leading professional associations:
